Here are pics of the body form. In them is where I layed fiberglass on the left rear quarter panel and I did not like the way it was looking so I scraped it and started building an alum body to use as a mold. This way the fiberglass will lay better and have better curves and shape overall. Alum body pics forthcoming.

Smallblock...

I believe they used a ford 8 inch. But i get the idea. Yea I never thought about that as being a possibility. Thanks for the idea. Now to find one and one of the right width. It would open up a hole lot of more posibilities for tires and wheels. May just have to bit the bullet on axel costs and do it.

Yes, I do plan on reproducing the bodies for sale. Bodies, frames, turn key, custom design and one of a kind. I am open for the customers wants (with in my capibilities of course).

Dang...I could have sworn they were 9" rear ends. But they were stock golf car width "less than 48 inches"...Now how to mate a "Big Block" to that rear end and use your custom body? On another note: I have seen many bodies (for golf cars IE: Vettes/Cobras/Mustangs) and they just don't "LOOK RIGHT","not proportinal". Your build has given me a new idea.....Anything is possible! Thanks Dave
