Re: Rodger's 33 Ford Roadster
The beginning is not a pretty sight at all. I had to find a donner cart. I chose a 36 volt EZ-go Three wheeler. I have taken some ribbin over this. The batterie fell out on the way home, three flat tires, brakes locked up, broke my winch trying to get it loaded on my trailer. But I will have the last laugh...LOL

Re: Rodger's 33 Ford Roadster
First step was to deside on what I wanted it to look like. Then start building. Had to lay out the front suspension to ensure things were goin to fit like i wanted. Designed and jigged and welded up.

Next was to place the rear end in place and see where the frame rails will run.

Rodger, that is some very nice work. Looks like you have added some nice features, Swaybar and rear alignment adjusters. It is coming along good, How much voltage are you planning on putting in this ?

Re: Rodger's 33 Ford Roadster
Would like to go with 48 volts but the cost of a motor may prohibit it. Got more pics to load tomorrow.

Re: Rodger's 33 Ford Roadster
Forgot to tell you Scotty, the rear end is a street rods style 4-link set up. I am already designing my next one nd getting items lined up for it. Dang black hole ain't it. LOL
