Default the carts that BlackHornet built

This is how the carts sit now.

1997 Club Car- AC cart.....the neighborhood cruiser
2004 EZGO TXT- DC cart.....the hunting buggy

The Club Car has an AC motor and is "governed" at 29 mph

The EZGO has all stock electronics ....right now....but plans are in the near future. It has 23" All Trails, 12" wheels, and Strech Lift

The plans for the EZGO:
Cables: 2 gauge
Batteries: Trojan T-105 x 8
Volts: 48v
Controller: GE 500 amp or 700 amp OR Logisystem 500 amp or 700 amp
Motor: PlumQuick Assassin-reworked for torque

I am still trying to figure out the controller predicament....It would be nice to be able to pull the front end off the ground if I am going to go with a 700 amp. If the GE can apply that amount of power quick enough then I will go with that controller. Logisystem has stopped production on a controller for an EZGO with an ITS throttle...

well, lemme know what yall think and feel free to ask questions/ give advice!!!

well since the EZGO is electric...they dont really offer any "plush" rear ends to make the ride somewhat smoother...anybody have any suggestions? it has the HD rear leafs

I have had a thought of something like this"

Since I lifted the cart, I had to put the leafs on top of the axle...they used to be under the axle. since I did that, the lower shock mount is on the axle, which is now a lot further from the upper shock mount. so, if I were to put single leafs on the rear and put a longer than stock air shock from the shock mount on the axle to the shock mount on the cart...do yall think that the single rear leaf would smoothin out the ride and when I wanted a stiff rear end..I could just air up the shocks more?

BH,

I've been told that you can take 1 leaf out of the spring to "lighten" the rear suspension. I've been tempted to try it but have not yet. I've also though about air shocks for the rear.
I will be looking into this soon, I'll let you know what I come up with. Let me know what you find

well the porblem now is with the CC.

all of my 8v batters read:
7.3
7.3
7.1
7.2
7.3
6.8

when under load....I know that they are LOW! but then comes reason of WHY??
they went from 50.6v to 43v in 50 minutes on the load tester

the batteries are just now a year old and have never been run dry. I can get 50.9 volts when I pull them off of the charger but if I let the cart sit before I drive it for a bit then the voltage drops to 50.6 volts.

I have a 48v QuiQ on board charger in it and it could be the culprit of ruining the batteries by not ever charging the batteries to 100%. I talked to a shop today and they said that a t-875 100% charged should be over 9v which would then put my pack charge at atleast 54v...any tips???
