Snow Plowing?
Okay guys, I almost hate to talk about it, but the white stuff will be here before you know it. I have been out of the loop for most of the spring and summer. Bought a new house with a 500' blacktop drive. I dont think shoveling it will be an option. The Mrs. says sell the cart and buy a Rhino, Prowler, ect... to do the snow plowing and the yard work. Any input from those of you that plow, would be great. I have shown here some youtube vids, but shes not a firm believer. I would hate to sell my cart...
Thanks! |

Re: Snow Plowing?
If you have a riding mower it can be configured to plow that white stuff.

Re: Snow Plowing?
I used to snow plow, and it's amazing how hard it is on a vehicle, something almost always breaks!
I gave the thought of a plow on my cart... once... for about a minute... With the amount of money I have in my cart, it would be cheaper for me to buy a small 4X4 with a plow and let it sit for the summer months, and use it just for plowing, And maybe do a couple of neighbors driveways to help pay for the fuel. OR... buy a snowblower! (which is what I did!) .02 |

Re: Snow Plowing?
i have to agree with lockman....i put a plow on my 4wheeler and almost beat the thing to death plowing heavy snow. same goes for trucks also. basicaly it comes down to if you cart is STRICTLY a work cart and you dont care about it in the least it would be fine for plowing. but i wont put one on mine

Re: Snow Plowing?
I was thinking about this myself. I bought a riding mower and a cart this spring. I figured the cart would be better because of the tire choices and the weight of it.
