If it ever slows down raining long enough for me to start tearing it down I am going to get started on it. I will post plenty of build pics and after pics.

How do you like the short windshield? I have been contemplating one for my build.

I like it so far, looks good. So I took the front cowl off and found that where the flare rivets to the cowl has a hairline crack in it. I am going to try to fab or have someone fab some diamond plate flares to replace these and give me more tire/wheel clearance and bigger flares to cover these tires a little bit. I just got started on the teardown last night, hope to have the new battery tray in today with room for the nine- eight volts. I am going to add two behind the main pack and one under drivers seat. Guess I will need two voltage reducers, 36-12v and I can split my load accordingly, and a new place to mount the 72volt delta-q.

Took the front cowl and rear plastic fenders to a fab shop this morning. I have been wanting bigger flares and figured this was a time to do it. I'm am having checkerplate alum. six inch front flare replacements and complete rear fender/flares made. This will also give me a little more tire clearance. Two birds with one stone.... (that is what I told the wife to get her to go for it) lol

And this is what she looks like this morning. I have a little bit of cutting/grinding to do then I will start fabbing the battery tray.

Nice cart! I have the same 14" wheels and they look great on a black cart. What size was the tire you used again?
