Default Nordco Marketeer to Willies

Still need to get two more rims like on the front. Plus we are switching the front to a four link setup. The front needs to move forward another inch. Build the roll cage. Then build the rear seat. After all that, it is off to the sand blaster and paint. Good thing a buddy is doing that for us.

Tell me what you think!

Found the other two skinny rims and tires today. I also ordered longer coil overs for the rear. The bar tires are two inches taller than the fronts. Plus the new coil overs have 6 inches of travel compared to the 3 we have now.

Found the last two rims and tires at the junk yard tonight. 70.00 in all four. Two tires still have the nipples on them.

Had to remove those coil overs, way too soft. We added two air shocks and used one factory spring in the middle. No the cart can handle any load on the rear. I am going to add a tank and compressor to adjust on the fly.

I like it so far. I joined the site to find projects like yours. I'm helping a friend in the cart
repair business and hopefully I can get a deal on a project cart and do something similar.

I saw "The New Guy" Yamaha Jeep and the possible Deuce cart someone was attempting.

Thanks for the ideas.

The coil overs are gone, too soft. We now have air shocks and single coil in the middle.

I hope to get the switched installed in the dash and the rest of the wiring done this weekend.
