I scuffed it with a red scotch pad then adhesion promoter then primer and paint.

He is not sure yet. Wheels or hubcaps depending on the availibility of funds. And yes he is VERY happy with it. This is kind if my show cart see if I can get more business from the local campgrounds for next winter.
