Another G1 project...
Sorry no "before" pics. Cart was actually a runner and pretty good looking. Needed a little TLC and a facelift. First a fresh coat of paint and some new rims/tires. This winter will bring a freshen up of the motor, new suspension, seats, and a few other goodies.

1981. Needs a little more TLC. Has a sweater basket now, and getting a cooler soon. Working on making a custom roof for it.

Re: Another G1 project...
I have got a quick question, did you add a flex additive to your basecoat or just straight automotive paint? I am just about to start painting my G1. It will be jet black.

Re: Another G1 project...
Umm...it's a classic 10ft paintjob (rattlecan). I will be re-painting it this winter ,and yes I will be using a some kind of flex agent in the paint due to the front being plastic.
No lift, 12" rims with low-pro tires. |
