Default Born to be Wild (Cushman Hawk)

Well I was going to wait until I was finished but thanks to all you guys at BGW, it seems I never will be finished. So here is a before:

98 Cushman Hawk with a 14 hp Briggs
A good summer project for me and my boys. Started by reworking a boxy looking roll cage. Did some body work, paint and decals. Adapted a Kawa Mule clutch to it.The first thing I noticed that it was too narrow and top heavy. I had a donor Honda Forman independant front suspension, that i widened. Added some Rhino shocks. Think it lifted front 4 to 5 inches rear 4 inches and widened some 12 inches. I added some 2 inch wheel spacers to the rear. We installed some green neon under it and a marine radio.

I'm planing on cutting the bed down, think its to big. Also got to save up and buy some rims. This thing has 5 hole rims, not that many to choose from. I have $500 in the cart and another $300 in what you see. It rides smoother and I think it is safer for the kids. Thanks again BGW.

Thanks guys,..it's a work in progress. Didn't mean to be like the Digger that's just the way it turned out. I used to race go-karts back in the 90's and that was my paint scheme. I want to add rims and rear seats. May upgrade the motor. Both kids are young and I don't want it to fast so the gov stays for now. Already looking for another to build.

Bad thing about that color. My first truck was that color. 79 ford f150. My buds give me devil over that lime green. Now I love it. Lime time green rocks

Unforgiven,
How hard was it to fit that honda foreman front end to your cart. My neighbor has two of them and they are in pieces. I can probably get one for free. Yours looks good, I am thinking of doing the same thing.
