Built a nice little cage and roof to replace the old one.

Re: 92 marathon 2 smoker
Ok so i found a 1972 polaris colt 250 motor. Installed it today and it went fairly well. Its not completely done but i did get to take it out and test a little. I took some tips from 1989 marathon but i switched a couple things up. Instead of having the crank shortened and retapered i flipped the starter and welded a pulley where the recoil was. This worked well but the drive belt is a little off. The pulleys are off about 3/8" but it dosent seem hurt anything. Im not to concerned with this because im gonna switch to a 4 stroke rearend ill allign the belts then. The only other issue is i havent figured out how to kill power to the coil using the pedal so for now there is a toggle kill switch. Its no RAZR but it is much more powerful than stock and goes probally close to 30 mph.

Re: 92 marathon 2 smoker
This shows the starter pulley being moved to the other side which allowed me to use the polaris clutch. The other shows a small alignment issue with the pulleys.

Re: 92 marathon 2 smoker
Great work! I sent you a PM on how to kill the motor. Any way to get a video of the motor running?
