Thanks, I'm just taking my time. Still 2.5 months before I take it on vacation at the Beach.

I put wood on the foot rest for the floor. Its treated deck board. I used ext black and sand to give it a textured grip.

New Grips. 25-8-12 and 25-10-12 itp's with ss 108's. I bought them off a guy that had them for about a month. I'm thinking I'm going to need a few inches.

Vacation and Shrimping Season starts friday. So It will be a few weeks before I touch it.

Shrimping? ... How close to the coast are you?

Shrimping as in Cast-netting with a ball of cornmeal?

Oh yeah .......... Beautiful wheels and tires

So we got back in yesterday from vacation and after I did everthing around the house and yard, I decided to do something with the wheels and tires.

I chopped the spindles off each side of the axle and began to move them down roughly about 4", Before I welded the spindles in the new location, I flipped the axle to have the leave perches on the top side. I still have to finish the shock tabs and mounting the tierods.

The rear I flipped the axle using a set of spring perches from northern tool along with a 1" lift block made from 1"x2" box. The back still needs to have either the shocks extended or a set of airshocks.
