Done! Rejuvenated '02 Club Car DS 48V
Finally done! Many thanks to the BGW members who have given help and advice in repairing and modifying my 2002 Club Car 48V DS from mild to wild.
I picked up this cart from my Dad, who used it as a utility cart on his property for years until it died. We bought him a new one for Christmas, and I rebuilt his old cart into a (to me!) Monster Cart. New motor, overhauled brakes and serviced all around, troubleshot and repaired a dead charger, lifted 6", added some bling with 12" polished mag wheels/23" all-terrain tires, added a brush guard and folding windshield, and restored the faded rubber and plastic trim - all from advice and suppliers found here. I enjoyed the process so much, I'm selling it on Ebay so I can get another and do again! Thanks to all. From this: To this! |

Re: Done! Rejuvenated '02 Club Car DS 48V
Thanks Guys. I really like the red color (as you can see from my avatar!).
Surprisingly the wife says "keep it". But I have some ideas for the next one....unlike hot rods and muscle cars, I can play with these for a whole lot less $$$. : ) I've already given half the neighborhood rides around the block. Amazing how much people like big bad carts vs. stock ones. |

Went ahead and added a rear flip seat kit. Now ALL the kids (big and small) want rides.

Very nice,
I like your choice of color as well! You need a fine stereo to go in it. |
