Default Holiday Decorations for Carts - What do you do?

HI All.

I always read about you fellas decorating your carts for Christmas, Halloween, etc.

My cart riding buddy (my 2 year old daughter) gets a kick out of riding with me and I put a jack-o-latern on the cart last year and looking for more ideas.

Thanks Guys

Get about a 800 watt inverter and a full automotive size jell cell 12 volt battery, and plug in lights (like Christmas lights) to decorate......... orange for Halloween........ red white & blue for 4th of July & etc............

Pull a trailer and decorate it too........... Oh, and get in the parades too!!!!

Actually have the 12 volt for accessories. Also, have Cd player with Sirusi satellite radio for the tunes.

I wish I could pull some kind of trailer but my doggone backseat foot rest is in the way :(

Just trying to find some ideas for decorations.

The guys around here just weld on extensions from their trailer hitch to reach out just beyons their foot rests with a trailer ball on it.

Like rusty said...just get an inverter and clip it right to your accessory batterty 12v posts. I used a 400amp and it powered all the light I could fit on my cart. Walmart sells those little sticky clips that are removable and they work great. I ran 3 strips of lights, plus a fog machine for Halloween...no problems. Good luck.

Just a follow up we had a little 4th of July gathering at my in laws neighborhood and they had a golf cart decorating contest.

I have 2 carts (Club Car & an EZGO PDS) so we decked them out and entered them.

Here are some pics (BTW both carts tied for first place !!!)

Here are some pics (the trophy is in the middle) along with my daughter and nephew getting the trophy.

We all had a great time.

This was near Livingston Texas right on Lake Livingston.

There were maybe 15 - 20 carts entered in the contest but I bet I saw close to 40 carts riding around.

Pretty neat time.
