1986 g1 "ole blue"
Well...today was a very sad day! I sold Ole Blue!! I had it listed on Craigslist for $1400 back in December. A gentleman came calling and wanted it...but with some upgrades...like a new seat, top, and rear seats. I told him that it would cost him but he didnt care...he wanted it (Orthopedic Surgeon). Sooooo...after one month of working on days off, nights and most weekends...here is how it ended up!!
Custom made roll bar, rear seat mounts with Subaru Brat seats on the back, new front seat with seat backs, canvas removable top, and custom made rear bumper/step with trailer hitch. Total sales price...$2100. He is going to paint it orange with black roll bar...Tennessee colors of course! |

Re: 1986 g1 "ole blue"
I'm assuming the rollbar is pinned somewhere to allow the rear body to flip?
Looks good! I've got an '84 G1 and will be starting on the rear seat and roof project this spring. |
