Westinghouse Mystery
I just inherited a Westinghouse Model 533 , 24 volt 3 wheel cart.
Has anyone ever ran across this model before? I can't seem to find any on the internet. I was going to do some serious modifications to it for fun, but maybe I'd rather get it to someone that might appreciate it the way it is if its a rare item. Thanks |

Re: Westinghouse Mystery
Yes it runs. The batteries are getting weak. They were new about 6 or 7 yrs ago. I've been with this little cart for the last 18 yrs. My work dept. is getting a new Taylor Dunn so I got to take it home. It's been well taken care of over the years. It weighs just over 400 lbs.

Re: Westinghouse Mystery
DOOmsman I agree !! I'm a Marine Corp Vet but I'd gladly donate it to someone that is disabled that wants to tinker with something.*
The Govt. Should take care of the Vets in need of something like this...Some Vets just need a "hand up"*Not a "hand out"...* |

Re: Westinghouse Mystery
Good one .. Thanks Terry !! It has always been known as "the engineer's cart" but now it has a real name " Wall E" ... too funny !! There is a resemblance.

Re: Westinghouse Mystery
Never seen one of these. It is oddly appealing...sorta like a scruffy and cute lil stray dog. And it does indeed resemble WALL E. I kinda like it too, and think you oughta' keep the little sucker. Cool post...thanks for sharing.
What sort of battery setup does it have? |
