Hi folks, check out my 3 wheel rat rod ezgo
I got this thing on the cheap to get around the pits at motocross races. It's an old 36 volt ez go slow poke. I'm very new to these things, but I find myself cruising around the neighborhood all the time on this thing now. at about 12 mph.
Lots of sanding, painting, sanding, liberal use of spray liner on the frame and battery trays, etc. And more sanding. This stuff is addictive. No wonder you guys go all out! |

Re: Hi folks, check out my 3 wheel rat rod ezgo
Thanks, the white walls are just the original tires. I dismounted them, cleaned them, masked them, and sprayed them with some automotive paint. I'm sure there's a better choice, but it turned out okay. The rims were the stockers too, just sanded, painted, and clear coated with the same automotive paint brand from Walmart. The half moon hubcaps came from a quick google search. $10 each.
It's different, and not everyone's idea of cool, but I'm loving it. And my dogs enjoy riding along. The wife ... Not so much |
