Monster Cart
Been working on the cart since this past weekend.
I got mud slung all over me this past weekend so I bought some of these this week and installed them. It want stop it but it will it! I also got some rubber mat to put around the rear wheel wells to try and seal up all the places it slung mud through to the batteries. |

Re: Monster Cart
While I was at it I added quick disconnects for the solar panel and 12 volt charger on both our carts.
Andrea's 12 volt. My solar panel and just take it loose and plug the 12 volt in. |

Re: Monster Cart
Thanks,
It's a 20 footer though. Up close you can see all the inperfections. But for off roading it's great! Don't worry about the paint job just go through it! |

Re: Monster Cart
Well the coilovers were 1 1/2" to short so I will be installing them on Andrea's cart. Oh well. Got some other minor mods to do to it and to her cart.

Re: Monster Cart
Got the controller fan mounted yesterday before work. Going to wire it today I hope if I wake up in time. I think I'll just use a toggle switch and run it when I want to.

Re: Monster Cart
Put a 400amp fuse on the battery pack and diode on contactor and took the contactor a part and cleaned it up. Had some pits but I think it will be fine.
Also finished up wiring the controller fan up. |

Re: Monster Cart
I now have the front axle out and waiting on the new Jakes axle. Should make a lot better driving since the other one was bent and straightened and bent again.
