2000 TXT Refresh
After seeing all of the cool carts on the forum I decided to freshen up the one I bought last summer. The body had many gashes and gouges. Just waiting on the painter to shoot the Mystic Emerald Green, then it's assembly time.

Re: 2000 TXT Refresh
I picked up the OEM rivet kit for reassembly. Is anyone familiar with this kit. I think I can figure out which rivets go where, but I'd like to make sure.
The group of eleven black rivets are probably for the front cowl, the four biggest rivets for the bottom of the rear body, the group of six for the bottom of the rear body in the footwell, the group of four black rivets for the sill plates and the rest for the seat hinges and top of the rear body under the seat, is this correct? |

Almost complete, aside from the rockers. Can't decide between the original black plastic or nice chromies. Two new clutches, adjusted valves, it runs sweet, 18 mph on the gps.

Re: 2000 TXT Refresh
Thank you. I was quite surprised myself, having never painted with automotive paint before. I must thank my brother and another buddy who's a pro painter for the guidance. I've ordered black seat covers, I think that'll look better than the white.

Re: 2000 TXT Refresh
Thanks guys. I'll get another shot with the rockers on and the black seats. I can't wait to try another one, this is addictive.
