Default Accessorizing My EZ GO ST Sport 2+2

Well with the summer season finally here, and after months and months of saving, I'm finally starting to get to work on accessorizing the ST. I first installed the glove box doors and got to work installing the radio and speakers.

I mounted a 36v relay under the cowl, operated off the key switch to turn the 25A voltage converter on. I upgraded the factory fuse block with a Blue Sea Systems model with the neg ground bus bar. This way all the carts 12v accessories (lights, horn, turn signals, etc) are coming off the converter and not 2 batteries. The head unit is a Sony Marine DSX- MS60 with a pair of Polk db 651 6.5" speakers. The combination is great, the system is loud with great clarity. The internal iPod setup is awesome and easy to use.

Mounted these Hella halogen work lights on the brush guard and working on installing Hella LED courtesy lights on the dash, got one installed under the cup holders, the other will be like a map light recess mounted in the front, got the 3 position marine contura switch installed in the dash for work lights and interior lights. A little at a time its getting there.

Thanks Villajoe, It is a a little bit of work, cleaning up the wiring, but in the end well worth it. Your cart is really sharp, looks like you too have put a lot of work into it. congrats.

Thank you all for your feedback, Hoping to get more done over the weekend. Well the motor is out and on its way back from Plum Quick with the Bandit upgrade. I will be going to my local welding supply to pick up some 2 ga wire to replace all the 6 ga wires in the cart before I install the motor and batteries.

The motor arrived today from Plum Quick with the Bandit Upgrade and it looks great. Spent most of the day creating and routing the new 2 gauge cables to replace the stock 6 gauge, got the motor mounted and the new Crown batteries in as well. Got them on charge overnight.
