SC Carts 2 cart build
Hey Guys
We are building two carts side x side and thought we would post the process. One will be a lifted cart and the other a stock height. They are not going to be crazy builds just simple clean builds for our inventory. The carts are both 2007 Club Car Precedents. Here are some starting photo's. We started by disassembling the carts, then we pressure washed them. From there we started our inspection of anything that needed to be replaced (brakes, steering components, bushings etc...) As you can see we have installed the 6" lift so far! |

Re: SC Carts 2 cart build
We might just have to do a separate build for a lowered cart. We will keep the builds coming one after another. We have some cool builds lined up! Thanks for your input always like to hear fellow members feedback!

Re: SC Carts 2 cart build
Here's some more progress, we got the first body painted and cleared in Barbados blue. This will be for the stock height cart. Also got the light kit on the lifted cart, along with the brush bar, carbon dash, carbon steering wheel, checker flooring, billet adapter and polished column. It's coming right along.

Re: SC Carts 2 cart build
Thank you, we have been getting great feedback on the color, it wouldn't be a normal color choice for our projects, but we wanted to go a bit out of our normal color scheme and build a nice clean cart that still stands out. The stock height cart should look really clean with this paint and the rims and tire package we have coming with it. Just a nice simple cart for some one to play a round of golf with and get around in their golf community.
Thanks for the feedback! |

Re: SC Carts 2 cart build
Here are a couple photo's of the completed stock cart, just a light kit, some fresh upholstery, trojan battery pack with self watering kit, and paint now she's ready to be added to our inventory for sale. Clean little golf unit for our local customers.

Re: SC Carts 2 cart build
Here's the color we choose for the lifted cart, it's a charcoal, with a flattening agent in it, so it will be "semi" gloss when it dries. Should look real sharp.
