Thanks a lot, we appreciate the encouragement! We started building carts 2.5yrs ago as a side hobby, right when we started we had a local fellow who was a race car driver that wanted us to build him a one of a kind cart that would do everything he needed. To make a long story short, it was very similar to this situation and in the end he didn't pay his whole bill, so at that time we decided we would only build custom "spec" carts, the way we wanted to and then sell them when we were happy with them. Funny how we can tend to forget these things and it takes another similar situation to re stimulate those memories and put you back on course. We made the same decision to only build spec custom motorcycles, for the same reasons.

Now that we sold our manufacturing companies our SC Carts and Simolo Customs companies are meant to be profitable hobbies, so that we can enjoy building quality products for the people who can't or choose not to. Anyways were rambling on now, so in short

Thanks for the comments!

A couple more progress shots, got the checker mat installed, and got the body, the wheels are one, swapped the new style charging plug in for the old style DS plug in so we could retain that for the stock look. We will now make a back plate to cover the holes up from the old F/R switch and then we will be able to mount the new style rocker switch. Coming along now.

Well a good place to finish off for the week, almost have this little utility cart finished. Just have to finish the custom upholstery and a bit of wiring and it is ready to go. Fun little project that turned out great.

We installed one of the folding seat/utility boxes, great idea for people who use the cart at a cabin or acreage. Also we replaced the roof with a basket, we cut a sheet of ABS plastic to fit the bottom of the basket and then riveted it in place. We also used the stock roof supports, by raising the rear ones and re drilling the holes. Overall it turned out pretty slick and will become a very useable cart for someone!

Wow! The cart turned out great and I love the idea of the big basket on top in place of a Sun top it will be very useful for someone to use around the farm or anywhere else.Look forward to seeing some more work in the future from you.
God Bless

Thank you very much for your feedback! We really want to make these carts as useful as possible. Where we are located here in BC Canada, the cart craze is not even close to what it is in the US, so we are doing our very best to "educate" people on the versatility of golf carts for use on acreages, farms, resort properties, and of course just plain old fun!

Once again thank for your input and seeing the versatility in the cart. We just added mirrors as well, this will really help, it's the little things that make a difference.
