Wanna Yama-Go----->>>
Helped a friend fix his Chevy dually truck one day and he had this lifted EZGO parked in front of it. After getting his truck fixed I asked him questions about the cart. He must have sensed I was interested in it and asked if I wanted it? Thinking he was joking I said I didn't have that kind of money ($4k-$6k) to buy it. He said he wasn't asking if I wanted to buy it, he said he was asking if I wanted it ? Thinking he was still kidding with me he said if I brought a trailer he'd help me load it. Now I realized he wasn't joking, so about an hour later I returned with a trailer, loaded it up and took it home
It was originally a 36 volt system which for a couple of months I could't figure out how to get it running ? I had a Yamaha (G??) motor and axle I bought from another friend a couple of years before sitting on the side and wondered if I could fit it in? After some measuring and some mods here and there on the EZGO frame I managed to install the Yamaha (G??) motor and axle. The cart was also running 27x12x12" Super Swampers on 12" chrome wheels which had gotten really bad surface rust, so I had a local machine shop fabricate me some wheel adaptors using 1/4" steel so I could mount the 15x14" American Racing Bladerunner aluminum wheels mounted with 29x10.50x15 Super Swamper TSX's. Here are some before and after shots of the cart: http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?s...3708848&type=3 (Guess you'll have to scroll down my pastime hobbies to see them) Last edited by hayn96762; 12-05-2012 at 10:47 PM.. You could start by measuring the stock suspension mount to the current mount. That should get you pretty close. I'd say at least 12" or more! That is pretty sweet. Any interest in selling the old wheels that were on it? PM me if you do. My zip is 49660

Re: Wanna Yama-Go----->>>
I would guess closer to 24" of lift. Mine has 5" and my head is still well above the roof.
