New guy from NC
New to the forum, just got my first cart about month ago. I picked up a 92 EZGO Marathon for a song planning on just leaving it alone. Suprisingly, there isnt a lick of rust anywhere in it.
I have now painted it, fabbed up a 6" lift kit, installed a radio, and have the stuff coming to install a grant steering wheel. I am currently looking for a good deal on a set of 10-12" wheels with 22-23" tires before I install the lift. Heres before:http://rides.webshots.com/photo/2634...44909256BNzzSz and now: http://rides.webshots.com/photo/2634...44909256BNzzSz Not much, but I think it's a good starting point. |

That is a really Cherry, kick-butt, old E-Z-GO dude!!! I am impressed! By the way, both of your links go to the same photo but I found the "Light Blue" photos in the album too. You did good! |

The front cowl looks interesting. I have never come across one of those. Good find.

Re: New guy from NC
Sorry for being a moron. The before pics are in the same album, but yea, both links go to the same place....
I tried posting the pics but all I could get was red XXXXXXX's I dont know where the cowl came from, I havent seen another one with it, but it looks like a club car nose or the one listed on stretch plastics site as a txt classic nose. Thanks for the compliments. |

Very nice!
Welcome to BGW. So, do you have a 327 Vette? I had a 66 roadster back in the 80's that I restored from the ground up. Wish I still had it. |

Re: New guy from NC
Yea, well most of it. I have a 63 vert that I have the frame out from under right now...just too many projects. It has been apart for about 7 years now
1 marrage + 2 little girls = 0 money for old corvette. It's in the garage all taken apart, so it aint going anywhere, it'll be there when I can get to it. |

That's good, don't ever get rid of it! I spent 3 years restoring mine and had to sell it when I graduated from college. I couldn't find a job right away and all of my money was tied up in it. Something had to go!
