2 Club Car Stretch Builds

Hey Guys

We have been wanting to build customize a stretch Precedent for quite some time now so we decided it was time to just do it!

We had confirmed a cart that came through the Club Car system quite a while back and it has just recently been delivered so we were excited to get going on it.

The cart is a 2012 factory stretched Precedent demo. Because of the time it took to get the cart we decided that we wanted to be able to build a stretch anytime and not have to wait for one to come through the system and then be delivered.

We know that the stretch kits are available, however we wanted to be able to produce them right in our facility, so if we decided to build a stretch that day we could.

So this is a two cart post, one of building up the factory cart and the other of building an SC Carts stretch.

Thanks! We have a couple bad arse ideas that are really going to set our SC stretches apart!

Hey Guys!

We have been working away on our new Precedent roof design. Here are some progress pictures. This is of course the stretch roof, however we will be building a shorter version for our special line of Precedent SC Carts.

We have attached some photos of the outer frame work, the roof panel and the windscreen are already in progress as well! There are also a couple pictures of the jig.

Morning guys!

We thought we would post up some more progress on the two stretch builds. Here are some pictures from the scratch built stretch.

Of course you can always see the full story on our blog or Facebook page!

We sheared and formed the floor panel, and then cut the factory floor panel apart. We then got everything mounted and installed the steering wheel so that we could make this a roller.

These types of projects take a bit of time as we are developing the blue prints and drawings as we go along!
