Default Chevyrules05 92 CC project thread

I am almost done with my club car so i decided to start a project thread

well I bought it for $1000 2 years ago used it to cruise around and put a cargo box on on it and it was used for our motor home mainly Disneys Fort Wilderness here is our motorhome

I have added a back seat since then

then I got a brand new pair of 22s tires for free so I decided to lift but didn't want my CC looking like every other CC so i made my own lift using block in the front and new shackles in the back a true one of a kind

well then I realized I needed new Batteries and after that I realized my battery trays needed to be replaced and i wanted to get it painted so I took it apart and made some new battery holders to replace the stock trays

my old batteries

I am going to go buy new batteries tomorrow in Okeechobee, Trojans for $503.97 after everything
and today i took the body to the paint shop it is getting Painted GM royal blue and will be ready friday

I also bought some 4GA wire to make new battery cable today

other things I have added is a locking dash and multi colored LEDs under the cart and LED light kit from Cartpartsplus.com and HD leaf springs I will finish tomorrow

and here is the cart tonight I will have it put back together this weekend(hopefully) I will post more pics as I make progress

Looks good! How much lift did that end up getting you? Did putting longer shackles in the rear mover the axle forward at all? I have a 81 I'm trying to do on that cheap an this looks like it would work well and nobody makes a lift for it anyway. Could you send me a pm on how you did it? Thanks, Sorry for the hijack.

Chevyrules,
I may have found your problem...where are you working on this cart...kitchen, dining room...I think you need a garage. LOL. J/K it looks great, I had the same problem with my old leafs, hand grinder and drill...pia! I couldn't get the clearance with a sawzaw..kept bending blades. Looks good, keep posting.
