Default Club Car Build Up

I acquired a 2003 Club Car DS through some horse trading. This is my first cart so I have been doing a lot of research before and I am pretty happy with the results.

More info on the cart:
DS Gas Cart
FE290
6" Jakes Spindle Lift
23x10x14 on 14" wheels
VIP Golf Cars Dash
Radio done by me
Flip Back Seat Kit
Paint is 2004 F-150 FX4 Charcoal Metallic
Full clutch job by Tom at Cart Parts Plus
A very much needed cleaning

Clutches back from Tom at CPP
Due to extreme neglect secondary had to be trashed and primary was rebuilt with new sheve,
I had Tom to machine the secondary and reclock the factory spring for a little more torque. I have GPS at 25 before hitting engine rev limiter. I haven't touched the governor.

Looking really good!! A friend with a lifted gas cart has been laying off to send his clutches away for machining, I'll just show him your speed results, that'll finally make him do it!

In your first pic, what year's the old square body Chevy back there? Judging from the trucks and your screen name, I'm guessing you're a GM guy too

I jut replaced throttle cable this morning, have even fighting a intermittent backfire problem and have trace it down to the butterfly in the carb not closing all the way. It improved the off idle responsiveness but I think it hurt the top speed.
