My custom fabricated lifted Yamaha G2

This is my first post on BGW and I hope I have chosen the right place to put this.
I purchased the cart for $100. The owner had it sitting around for a couple years and it did not run. After getting it home and spending some time with it I discovered that someone had grounded an accessory to the frame. I corrected this and emptied the tank of old gas. Put some S.T.A.R.T in with some new fuel. The cart started and operated perfectly.
We played with it for a while and got bored with it so I decided to make a father son project out of it.
It was decided to make a full blown flat bed truck out of it. So as with all of these projects destruction began. I cut the frame in half and added 2 feet. Ordered a 4" lift and 22x12x8 tires. While waiting for the tires to arrive I machined 4" spacers for the rims. The cart is now 2 feet longer and 8 inches wider than stock.
The skeleton of the body was then built. I used 1 1/4 EMTfor the cab and 1/2
EMT for the hood and front fenders. The flat bed was also started using 1" square tubeing. It is 4'6"x5. I also decided that I wanted it to dump so a search at a salvage yard yielded a 12v hydraulic pump out of an inboard boat.
The pump and pistons were aquired for $40 dollars. I went back and got another settup for future plans of building a snow plow.
When the cab was fabricated I purchased some 32oz Quadaxial fiberglass and went about covering the structure. I have had to fill in alot of spots that sagged with bondo. Body work is almost complete and will be ready for primer hopefully next week.
Truck will have: headlights, brake lights, turn signals, fog lights, offroad lights, safety strobe light, stereo, speedometer, tachometer.

I am trying to decide what to do about an engine swap if anybody has ideas. I have added alot of weight and larger tires so I think a swap is important. I would like something simple. I have considered a 250cc motorcycle motor with a jack shaft and sproket on the G2 rear diff.

Got the head lights mounted. they are EZ Go headlights modified just a bit. Also fabricated my winch mount. It will also serve as a brushgaurd. Here are the pics.

Good Lord!
That is going to be a sharp rig.

Makes my 77 ez-go project look like child's play!
To be honest, drive it first before you decide on swapping motors.
I probably added 100 pounds to my ez-go when I did it and it zips right along and screechs the tires when braking on pavement.
