95 DS build - 'EZGO' rear end
I decided to throw one of my 19 spline Stealth Mfg. rear ends in a 95 DS I've had sitting around. This cart had the potentiometer under the pedal so I removed and will do an MCOR. Will also remove the OBC and use a DPI charger
So the list is: 95 Club Car DS Spicer 19 spline rear end 14.76:1 HD shocks EZGO TXT 36v motor SPM 300A controller New Club Car series with MCOR harness 6" Lift with HD springs 22x11x12 tires on black wheels Hydraulic rear disc brakes New blue Club Car body Rear flip seat Black top Tinted windshield I start by removing all the wiring. The OBC is left in the pictures but it will be removed as well. I usually pressure wash the frame before I start but I had removed the rear end about a year ago so had to do something to push it around. |

Looking good! Oughtta have torque aplenty with the 36 volt motor on 48 volts and those low gears.

6" from trademark carts. The rear axle I used already had the spring perches mounted on top so I just used that.
