I have a blub car cart i just bought the serial number is A8504 69091 can you tell me what year it is

'85, it goes by the first two didgits after the A

I just put a new performance motor in my 85 club car have foward but no reverse motor just clicks

I think any problems you may have with your blub car might be related to its being underwater.

You have your reverse cable on the wrong battery,its not getting enough voltage.
