New batteries & key switch not running
 

I have a 08 EZgo PDS TXT that has been sitting 5 yrs. Replaced all batteries, key switch, and solenoid. Tested motor it turns wheels. There isn't any volts at the 2 white wires on the key switch (3 position 4 prong) don't have voltage anywhere else either other than light wires on key switch. turn key and NOTHING happens. Any help would be appreciated

After sitting for so long i would check for Rat damage, they love to build nest under the cup holder. Also open the pedal box, clean out any trash, check the micro.
HOWEVER....
Common Faults....Charger interlok, Tow-Run Bad, Pin #8 & #9 are for the Key switch verify at controller.

Be certain there is power coming into the controller from the charger receptacle ( small red/white wire)
