it also has the reverse horn sounding contiutious all the time.. what is wrong?

now horn has stoped but goes into limp mode and jumps slow and wires are all hot?

Sounds like the solenoid contacts are welded closed.

I have no idea why reverse beeper was sounding, unless F/R switch was in reverse.
