is this a controller problem solved
problem was wiper switch or is it called speed controller the thing inside the black plastic orb also replaced my nine year old batteries rolling again.

2000 club car has a wiper switch (view a wiring diagram) to control speed switch is enclosed in a black plastic case to protect from moisture and elements the case is round and circle shaped so i called it an orb for lack of a better word you know like orbit.
