1987 Columbia ParCar 4-Wheel Gas DX4 cranks but won't run - Flooding?

I just purchased a 1987 Columbia Par Car Gas golf cart. It will crank but it will not run. It started and ran two times and now it will just crank and crank and crank. I have cleaned the carb & the fuel pump and checked the reed valve. I am getting fire but not running. I am also looking for a manual and parts catalog.

Might want to move over to the GAS cars.
