Wow I cant believe I haven't been on here for a year!!! we bought another jato cart this one is a 1957 model looks just like the other one that I have but it is hot pink (yes hot pink) it is in desperate need of a repaint! but it is in perfect working order AND it is electric.

The one downside that I am trying to work out is the batteries drain very rapidly in this cart it has a brand new bank of batteries golf cart/industrial batteries interstate brand. So I am not for sure what is causing the rapid drain. For instance my wife and I can ride it around for approx. 25-35 minutes and it is ready to fall on its face. our combined weight is only 285 lbs so i don't think weight should be an issue.

Any Ideas...or where to start?
Thanks.

I'll post some pics up ASAP!

That is a fantastic looking Walker right there! I like the Dark Piping on the edges of the seats. Have any more pics that you feel like posting? With these being scarce its always nice to see them in a restored usable condition! is your gas or electric?

I have what I think is a 1967 jato walker. Looks just like the 65 pics. Would love to find it a good home. It would be an easy restore. Just needs carb cleaned and I'm sure it would run. No rust
