Default 1971 Harley gas 3 wheeled cart restoration project

I just got my first cart to restore, i think its going to be a lot of fun!! i just got it to run and idel but i can not get it to move or accelerate what should i try first?? yes there is a belt but it dont sceem like the cart will accelerate to get the clutch to kick in. Thank for you help in advance!!

You might want to post this question in the gas golf carts section under harley davidson. Somtimes one believes their cart is idling when its only the starter turning it over. Is the headpipe hot?

You are right i dont think its getting worm, so it is probly just the starter turning over. It has spark and great compression, do you have any idea???
