Wiring for EZGO 3 wheel electric golf cart
Hi! My neighbor, Bob, is generously restoring our 1975ish . From what we can make out, the plate reads Ser #414X2542; X-440-1; MFG 75.7 1104E. The EZGO has been previously restored and Bob took it from six 6 volt to three 12 volt battery system.
We have looked for wiring diagrams and none look like what we have. Bob thinks the problem might the incorrect placement of the speed control contact wiper wire, but it may be more. At one time he had it wired so that it went in reverse only and sparks came off of it, so we think that is a good sign that it can run if wired properly. I have attached several photos of what we have and would appreciate any advise or any wiring diagrams you might have. Thanks in advance! |
