1997 EZGO TXT Ground up build with Air Ride
Well i have been following this forum for few months now and have recently began my journey down that road of customized cart re-build. I have had lots of motivation from several different cart build in here and so the madness has started, i will continue to update as i can with pictures and such. i am sure to have questions along the way and open to advice as well. So here we go another slammed Ezgo build..

Rust
Well it looks like the cart had been left outside most of its life, I'm going to bring it back alive with some acid wash and POR-15, and little weld up on frame too.

Suspension n rims
Well i also had chance to mock up the new 14x6 rims with 0 offset sitting on air shock completely deflated. Starting with the rear suspension first since the front was just swapping around the leaf spring as i took small leaf out.

Re: 1997 EZGO TXT Ground up build with Air Ride
Rear shocks mounted and finished up with 1 1/2 inch blocks installed. The lower bracket was purchased off EZGO site also. I scored 6-8v trojans 875 and a charger for $150 bucks. So i decided to install the batteries to see how lower it set with the weight..

Re: 1997 EZGO TXT Ground up build with Air Ride
Well i had a hour to spare this morning so i decided to mount the D&D motor! I went with the D&D 170-010-0002 Speed & Torque motor hoping for a little gain in both categories.
