Default 94 ezgo air ride build

Hey guys have been searching this forum for hours, beers don't help.

i have a 94 gas ezgo, mint condition till we hit a down tree. again beers don't help,

so we tore it down, straightened the frame, and once again beers don't help but i ordered a full air ride kit.

have already made rear link bars. have bags mounted , she goes up and down like that hooker on a pole you fell in love with. completley satsifided , thanks to the beers!

On the front now, is there any posts , comments , suggestions ?????????????
idea as of now is a trianguated 2 link (same as stock leaf springs) with bags mounted on the axle. going to try it, if it doesn't work cut it off try again.

working with Miller 350P mig, plasma cutter, shop tools and coors light

Seems to me, if you went with an a-arm type front end, the bags would work just like in a car, just need to fabricate an upper bracket for your bags. I have a couple lowriders, one on hydros, and one on air... Been thinking about this for my next cart build. Got a few pumps and cylinders laying around, plus some old wire wheels and 4 lug adapters. My wife's Long travel Club Car comes first though.

What are you running as far as the bags and lines themselves? I would think you could go pretty small, that way your on-board tank doesn't need to be that big, 4 or 5 gallons would do it. My Caddy takes 15 minutes with 2 compressors to charge, but I have 35 gallons on tap, with 1/2" lines out front to lift the 425 and 11 feet of front end. Backs are 3/8 lines.

Also, are you just looking to be able to go low when parked, and ride high? Because camber will not be your buddy on such a narrow front end... You will have to pick a ride height, and set your camber there, you will kill tires quick if you lift it all the way and drive around. Both of my cars handle like a roller skate at full lock. Not trying to discourage you in any way, I want to see this done!

Those are the big issues I could see going with an a-arm setup, a straight-axle front may be easier, the camber won't be an issue, but the movement will not be as impressive, IMO,( I would want to be able to power 3 wheel, if I was going for this) it all depends on what you want your end result to be.

As for the rear, if you were to build a makeshift chain bridge, depending on what your dump plumbing looks like, you just might be able to pull off that standing 3 on air.

Either way, ignore most of this, if all you want to do is go up and down. And make sure you finish it, so I can see it.
