Default Just started playing around with a build ....

Figured I'd share, we just started a build for a customer using 18X7.5 Rims and 215/35-18's ... We ended up with 2.25" Spacers to get everything centered up where it belongs and not hanging out the side of the cart *too* badly, the fronts wouldn't work with the MJFX lift though so we tried 'em on a 6" Jakes and it's all good once we fab up a drop for the cradle and some longer shackles / shocks in the rear ...

Should be a funky ride once it's all done - I'll post pics as it progresses, customer isn't in a hurry though so it's kind of a "second-priority" build, LOL

Where did you find an 18” rim with the correct bolt pattern?

Any 4X100 pattern rim will bolt up to a cart, the issue is finding the correct setup between offset and spacers to make it all come together without rubbing. These are 18X7.5's with a .45 Offset so we went with 2.25" Spacers could have likely gotten away with 2.15 or possibly even 2" but at 2" I'd guess we'd have to start worrying about the Brake Pedal ...

This set came from Discount Tire Direct, around $600 for the rims and tires mounted and ready to roll (minus the lift and spacers of course)

Ugh, Busiest Spring EVER - but I'm finally getting around to relocating the Cradle Pivot, etc and get the actual lift for this Build together, installed the longer springs and got the front wheels on the actual chassis they belong on ...

Pulling the body tonight to get the shock relocation done and (once they come out of the oven) the New mounts for the cradle ... Hope to have a little progress tomorrow between Family Time and enough builds waiting to give Me an excuse to hide out at the shop, LOL

Finally got everything dialed in, fit the new body yesterday after we closed - should have it ready to roll out within a day or two ...

Looks great -- one question where's the ladder rack for the step ladder?

Well she's finally ready to head out - kept the majority of the build simple to allow whomever buys it to accessorize to their hearts content ...
