Looking to fit 14s without a lift, 96 Club Car DS

I'm trying to switch from 12s on my 96 cc DS without lifting it. I already am using the 1" block in front that comes with the Doubletake spartan body and have HD rear springs which lifted the rear slightly. I'm looking at the megastars with 215 35r14's, which end up being 20" tall according to discount tire's calculator. Has anyone fit 14s without a lift or body modifications? Thanks in advance, I appreciate any help that anyone can offer.
