Default 2014 Precedent

I' trying to figure this 2014 precedent out here is what components on the car

White 1515 controller New
heavy duty solenoid New
top hat speed sensor New
brand new battery's New
no on board computer
Eric charger New

And i have 50 volts going to controller but hit the peddle and nothing not solenoid clicking put it in reverse got buzzer but no9 peddle response
The solenoid has voltage on both sides of the small terminals al the time is this right
Need help thanks

One more thing the car was running in limp mode and my buddy touched something and fried my old controller but has not moved since i've replaced it

I'm not familiar with this cart but have you checked to make sure all wires are good and have good connection? Since your buddy fried your old computer, there may be some burnt wires somewhere that aren't allowing for proper electrical flow or a loose or bad ground. Also, does this model have fuses that might have blown when the computer fried?

I've ohm all wires and the check out , I also need to confirm where the charge port wire should be going to

Where were the wires that your buddy touched to fry the controller? If behind the dash check the sonic weld.
