What about the old school air shocks?
Use them instead of bags. I would think they would be much easier to mount and may found one to go in the factory location..
Guess you would want to find the lightest duty ones so that the ride wouldnt be crazy hard like it would be if you used a truck air shock |

Re: What about the old school air shocks?
I have air shocks on mine 81 G1.. the only thing I had to do was move shock mounts in a littel for airbox..I alsoused a limiting strap for hight. 40# of air shot them all the way up [a littel to high for what I wanted] plus you can pick the hight you want but still have enough air to hall a trailer or passengers..
