Default G8 build................

Here's the start to another build. Bought a 20HP from "awsomeposum". Really need help on an exhaust system and intake filter. Are "upgrades for the 20 more like the 18 ? I don't think 23 parts will work. I'm thinking....Tearing the engine apart....sending the "crank" to "Plowman's" for machining (to accept the Yamaha clutch) and cam/high rev kit/thiner head gaskets. This starts "ugly"....we'll see what transforms. Later Dave

Chris....Way to go! What brand of 22 hp did you score ? On second thought, I will use the clutch that is coming with my 20 hp or a 780. You can just order on from Tom (cpp) for like 190.00. Lets see some pix's. Later Dave

Sorry to hear the bad news. Man, I'm still trying to get the engine I purchased from "awsomeposum". He took it to a UPS store on 3/27 and gave me the tracking #. Seems UPS "CAN"T FIND IT"! How can you lose a 100 lbs package? It is now in there "tracer/under investigation" program. We'll see what happens. That's why no new posts on this project. Waiting on engine to get me in the mode to build/create. Keep looking...I'm shure you'll find something to "transplant" into your ride. Later Dave
