1992 EZ-GO Marathon Build (answers needed!)
I just recently bought a 1992 Ez-go Marathon for $250 its in pretty good shape but i need to fix it up cause i cant leave anything alone.
I have a few questions hopefully you guys can help me out with First off what wheel size can i put on stock maybe 12 inch or 13 inch? if so what tires do i need to make them fit. As far as lowering how do i lower it? If there is some links i can read those would be awesome the search feature and me arent the best of friends right now lol. Also this is going to be used as an actual golf cart its got a seat on the rear now and ive searched everywhere and i cant find the golf bag holder. I can find straps everywhere but i need the whole setup. Anyone know where i can get one? Thanks in advance! Edit: By the way it has a Robins 295cc 4 stroke in it and its a fleet model dont know if that maybe factors into my lowering or what wheel sizes etc. |

Re: 1992 EZ-GO Marathon Build (answers needed!)
My 89 Marathon has 13 inches on it when at the stock height it would work fine. Course I put air suspension on mine so it lowers and raises well above stock. When in the lowered which is basically stock in the rear and 2 inches lower in the front the tires touch on hard turns. As far as the tire size 205/30 r13. HTH

Thanks man i was wondering what size wheels you had. Your cart is awesome. No crazy motor mods for me just seats, paint and wheels.
