Default 1997 G16E partial build

I am calling this a partial build because the only thing I am changing is body, seats and wheels/tires. I ordered my body from LSV Carts in Costa Mesa, CA (custom paint), seats from XT Innovations, and wheels and tires from a local dealer. Everything should arrive by 2-20-2012, hopefully! I have one question for the group. Is there an easy way to lower it without cutting or welding? I am at my limit, so my husband says, as far as money goes. Hoping to lower it for free or cheap at least.
Keep in mind he also ordered everything for his EZ-GO at the same time. His build will be a different thread. We will post pics once we get started. I can't wait to see my seats, bring it on Dave!!

I found some parts at autozone I think I can use. I will give them a try and see what happens.

Great question. The rear could be done with smaller shock length or moveing the upper shock mount's inward, the front end is a real head scratcher, Yamaha's controll the camber thru the king pins/spindles, lower control arms and the coils over shocks. You change one and it effects the camber. On one car I built, I repositioned the shock (more upright) and cut (small pie shape out of the lower control arm at the king pin/spindle bracket) and jumped on the front end till I still had some "positive" camber (you need positive camber, so when you sit in it and start to drive, it will go to zero camber). Then welded it back togeather. That kit looks cool and is adjustable.....not a bad deal.
