New (to us) EZGO.
Big thanks to Andy for selling us this badboy. I had a set of ss212's waiting for when we got home.
Would like to lower the front end a little bit... ? Will be putting some audio in at some point down the road as well a recessed light kit and a tinted flip down windshield. |

Re: New (to us) EZGO.
Shaferz, looks sweet. From the pics it appears to be a pre 2001 cart with the old style front axle. Since the springs are under the front axle, you can get a couple of the three hole spring plates and put them between the axle and spring. 1/4 inch drop for each plate. If you have a local EZ-Go dealer, go ask, they usually have a bunch of these laying around.

Cart looks great! Pretty sure you can just turn the springs around on the old style also but that will result in the front being lowered 2" and that may be to low for you and you would need to change shocks or modify the shock mounts. +1 for what kgsc said if you just want to lower it a little bit.

Looks sweet, I have heard the EZGO's are pretty simple to lower. I have a 96 txt lifted but we are trying to lower my wifes yamaha G16. Don't see many lowered or leveled but when you do they are head turners, not that yours isn't already.

Those wheels do the trick on it for sure. Pleasure doing buisness with you Zach. Nice stance on it and it matches the SS pretty good to.
If you lower it much more the rear seat is going to be worthless depending on who you have back there. Why you want a tinted one? |
