I'm running a 11 hp high speed motor and a 650 amp altrax controller 4 GA wires a white rogers HD solenoid and HD F&R 18" rims and this cart has been GPS @ 37 MPH
on the precedent we run all stock on speed setting 4 with 22" rims and get 27 mph

I don't know if you are dead set on using the wheels you have but if not look at this. No adapter is used just lug extenders.

These are Honda wheels with cheap Wally World hub caps they aren't 5 lug.

These are VW wheels.

I had no idea that Honda 4 lugs were the same bolt pattern as the golf cart. Pretty cool. I may try my golf cart wheels and tires on our civic.

Undefeated!! 9-0!!

What size lift did you have to put on your club car to fit the honda wheels?

honda wheels dude those are what 14 " lol try 18's or 22's and you will find out when those stud extenders break off how funny it really is and BTW if you use a spindle lift they might work but not on a a-arm lift GOOD LUCK !!

Why would you think the lug extender's would break? I have used them on a lot of carts and they haven't broke the first one yet. Wheel size doesn't have anything to do with it breaking.
Yes I used a spindle lift on the orange cart what does that have to do with it. 4 lug wheels are 4 lug wheels doesn't have anything to do with the lift.
He wanted to know if car wheels could be used and I showed him what can be used without buying a set of $350.00 adapters.

well it does matter because if you use a arm lift they won't fit they will hit point blank and when you start putting 20 lb + tires and wheels you will find out about those extenders they might not brake but those hubs will snap the corners off were the lugs are pressed in ....I'm not here to get in a pissing match but i have built over 5000 carts with tires from 29" off road tires to 22" cart rims 650 cc motor cycle motors in them all kinds of crazy crap and between me and ralphie1 we have built at least twice that many . all i said was it's not a safe way to do it the adapters are a lot more thicker and i will not install a tire over 24" with out them ...why because i have seen what cant happen because we test what we sell so $350.00 is a lot better $300,000 hospital bill

I'm not going to get into a who is what or better than what. All I know is not many people put 22" or bigger wheels on carts! The majoratity of people want a regular wheel combo, most of the time they don't even want car wheels. I do know that when people start modifing carts they need to understand that because one lift works with a certain combo doesn't mean it will work with another. Point being a spindal lift or a-arm lift. The wheels will fit the hub just want work with the a-arm lift. So with that you have to change something, either lug extender's or spacers. Like I said before:
Some car tires and wheels will work fine. It all depends on the off sets.
I wasn't trying to piss no one off just stating fact about wheels.
