Christmas Present School Bus Project
A while back, I was contacted about doing a cart in a school bus theme for a special needs girl. After talking it over with her father, we decided on a budget and I started building. I started with a 2008 Yamaha Drive:
I then added a new set of batteries, rear flip seat, lights, windshield, and of course painted it yellow: Then, of course it needed some nice wheels, so on went some 12x7 ACE wheels with some 215/35x12 Innova tires: Then today, I fired up the vinyl cutter and added the necessary decals to complete the theme: One more with my blonde model: I do have one more little thing to add before I deliver it on Monday. I will add that here when it is done. |

Short update:
Delivered the cart today. The mother and father were so pleased with the cart and so excited to give the cart to their daughter tomorrow. All she knows is that Santa is bringing her the biggest present she has ever had. I really wish I could be there to see her face when she sees it. |

Great Job and great story! It's not what a man has it's what a man gives of himself that makes the man.

Re: Christmas Present School Bus Project
I was unable to add that little detail before delivery, but I will add it when I do the stereo. Its something small, but will be huge to her.
That would be a GREAT addition. Thanks for all of the kind words. It was a great little project and it has made a huge difference in her world. |
