This was another we did (again years ago, before we specialized in Club Car) We built a really simple shock extension for the rear, and for the front we cut the spindle mounts off and welded on longer plates and bracing.

This allowed us good clearance with the 14" rims and tires.

If you don't put a lift you will probably have rubbing issues on the front and rear once you have people on it.

Thank you very much SC carts ! I really appreciate all the pics and info. I'm cutting the bar off , my cart is a 2 seater and I'm not planning on adding a rear seat either. I will post pics as soon as I do it. Thanks again.

i had to notch the corners of my g16 to clear my 22" quad tires
seamed to work fine
