Default Do i need to lift with a 14x7 205-30-14

Hello everyone ,
tomorrow I'm getting my wheels they are 14x7 with 205-30-14 . do I need to lift my yamaha G16 ? I was hoping not . please chime in

I picked up the wheels today , the front are fine the back dont clear due to the bar across behind the bumper . can someone please chime in and let me know if I can fix this issue without lifting the cart . thanks

the rear problem I'm pointing at the bar that wont even let me fit the wheel

What is it's function? If you cut if back far enough to allow the wheel, it would still support the sweaterbasket........is it providing any function to the wheelwell? I would think the plastic well would be rigid enough without the metal?
